Femi is a skilled life coach and emotional intelligence expert. Her coaching career began in 2010, a world away, in Santiago, Chile where she worked exclusively with corporate professionals in companies such as Deloitte, Amec, Ernst & Young, BHP Billiton, Soprole, Apple and many more. She developed a talent for training Chilean professionals in English proficiency, job interviewing skills, professional speaking and serving as a culture coach for top executives travelling to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia for advanced study, business meetings and conferences. Femi returned to the United States in December of 2012. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Spanish. She has an, “Avanzado Superior,” diploma from Escuelas y Centros en Latino America (ECELA) and is fluent in Spanish and she holds an International Diploma in English Language Teaching (IDELT) from Bridge Language Institute in Santiago, Chile. She is a certified life coach with the esteemed Gardner Institute of Southlake, Texas, in the CORE coaching method, an International Coaching Federation approved program and technique. A dedicated student of self-development, Femi continually enhances her coaching toolkit through frequently attending workshops, lectures and online training programs. Femi prides herself on her unique ability to put herself in her clients shoes and, not only understand their point of view, but also, pinpoint exactly what barriers hold them back, sometimes even before they are conscious of it. She has been repeatedly praised for her people skills, compassionate work ethic and sincere dedication to the progress and results of each individual entrusted to her. Since becoming a life coach Femi has had success with clients in their mid-20s to mid-40s around the country and abroad, she has been published by the Female Entrepreneur Association, she has hosted online live seminars and she is a co-organizer of a Gallup StrengthsFinder education group helping professionals get clear on what they bring to the table and providing tools to hone their natural talents for greater personal and professional success. Femi lives in Austin, Texas. In her free time Femi is an avid traveller, she enjoys watching movies, writing poetry, and cooking fabulous culinary creations to share over great conversations with cherished friends and family.
