Michael VanTassle has been informally mentoring and coaching friends, peers, and coworkers through major life transitions and spiritual confusion for over 30 years. He has lived through traumatic life changes and brings a compassionate mind to help coach others through their own transitions.
He has formally studied and practiced Buddhism and mindfulness for over a decade. That knowledge and experience allows him to help others become more mindfulness in their lives and relationships.
He was raised without religion in his childhood and spent a number of years stumbling in the dark to explore his own spirituality with no assistance. That experience allows him to thoughtfully help clients explore what their own spirituality means to them.

Private coaching sessions are conducted over Zoom or telephone.
Each private coaching session will end with the client being given one or more action items, resources, journaling topics, or personal assessments.
Packages include one hour-long call per week, two emails, and unlimited responses to interactions on the coaching platform.
Fees: from $75 USD to $600 USD
3 month package with one call and two emails per week is $600.00
Individual session outside of a package is $75.00 for one call of 60 minutes and 2 emails.
