During a connection call we will unpick your needs and aspirations, as well as the expectations for coaching and what coaching specifically is. This call will also provide us with an opportunity to establish rapport, clarify goals and we can address any questions you may have.
A lot can occur in one coaching session, however, after our connection call I will tailor make a package personalised to you to support long term success.
