First, we will discuss your situation. Then, we will explore your options according to your strengths and weaknesses. The end goal of the session is to find ways for you to reach your goals in the best ways that will work for you.

I got my Bachelor's degree in Education and Human science. I have several years of experience working with people in shool settings with different ages and stages of students and people. After I got my Bachelor's degree, I self educated myself in areas as physical and mental health, psychology, relationships, spirituality, self-love and self-care, confidence and self- esteem.
