I help my clients identify and achieve their goals - whether it's creating healthy habits, making a career change, or overcoming stressful situations.  I help my clients get motivated and un-stuck to create better lives for themselves - one that includes meaningful relationships, job satisfaction, and improved health and happiness. 

All of my coaching sessions are done via Zoom, so my clients can be comfortable and not waste time traveling to and from an office.  Throughout our sessions, we will identify your goals and then put a step-by-step plan into place in order to achieve the results you're looking for.   Each session will include a review since our last session followed by time to talk about what went right and where you struggled.  We'll then identify the next steps towards achieving your goals and homework for our next session.

My sessions are 50 minutes via Zoom and I typically meet with clients on a weekly basis. The length of time spent with a client will vary, depending on the client's goal or goals, but will generally run for about three - six months.

Hi there! I'm Heidi Bernhart. I'm a certified inlp life coach, specializing in helping women manage their lives and find balance. In my early adult years, I struggled (hard) with anxiety. Eventually, I went and got professional help - and it changed my life. I learned how to overcome anxiety and I started to build a life that I had always wanted. I also became good at passing what I had learned onto the people in my life. Eventually, I decided to make it my career and my mission to help women level up so that they can find happiness, peace, and accomplishment.
