I am a professional workplace coach devoted to workplace wellness and professional health. Over the course of my tenure as a university social work professor, I faced workplace challenges and was provided with strategies that were ineffective and destabilizing.  I felt trapped in my career and workplace choices.  Having experienced workplace trauma, I began researching workplace wellbeing and developed cutting-edge strategies to assist professionals and companies who are dealing with a variety of challenges at work.

As well as speaking, training, and consulting, I also provide executive coaching, leadership development, and individual coaching and mentoring.  With my WorkWise Wellness programs, employers and employees receive effective, customized solutions that transform challenges into opportunities for growth and healing.
