About me
I always knew I had a gift. After having worked in the restaurant business as a bartender for 15 years and in retail as a manager, I realized that gift was helping guide people to make their life better. It came when an associate of mine came to me asking for advice. I didn't provide advice. I asked them questions and they eventually discovered their own answers by my engagement in their predicament. I then started applying those principles to my meetings and realized I was reaching the highest levels of production from my associates whenever I was on shift. Not only that, but they followed my lead and we (as a team) produced the highest amount of sales in our areas in over five years.
When i transferred from one store to another, I had an associate present me with a list of 38 names and numbers from associates that worked with me that said, "When you finally get your own store, call us and we'll come work for you!" That touched me in such a way that I never could have imagined. It was then I realized I could make a huge difference in people's lives, not just professionally, but personally. That soon became my ultimate goal. Two years later, here I am looking to do just that!

That is where I come in! My job is to help you achieve your goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get into better physical shape (or both), start a new career or find success in your own career, motivate your associates, become a better leader, become better with social skills, make your relationship stronger...whatever the goal, I make it MY goal to help you achieve yours.
HOW I LIKE TO COACH
First, I like to engage in conversation. I like to learn about my clients, their thoughts, how they operate, their daily life routines, family, friendships, relationship, and about their career by asking questions. This not only gives me an idea of who you are as a person, but there are small "tags" that help me learn what may be hindering the changes you want to make. Then, I seek to discover what your goals are (weight loss, fitness, motivation, leadership, career change, etc.) and help work toward achieving those goals by developing a plan that will take you from point A to point Z. I make sure to be highly engaged because everything you do matters to me in order to reach your goals.

PRIVATE COACHING
I offer private, one-on-one coaching via skype, phone, or if you are in my area, face-to-face.
ONLINE COACHING
Sometimes life is busy, but you need that extra push to help you out. Or maybe you are like me and love to work online. Therefore, I offer online coaching that will come in the way of personalized emails/skyping that will engage you with questions concerning your personal/professional goals.
Short courses or group coaching
One thing I've found is that group coaching is a great experience because it not only engages you in conversation with others, but also gives you an opportunity to see others that are seeking out changes in a personal or professional manner. I do provide group coaching (and soon to come - courses) that will engage a group with questions and ways to meet/achieve personal and professional goals.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
Professional:
I spent 18 years working in the restaurant business and 15 years as a bartender/restaurant manager.
I have worked in high-volume retail sales with Walmart and have given diversity training programs concerning development and leadership training while also attending several courses in leadership and development.
Life Experience:
I flunked out of college at 21 years of age, only to realize that I could (and did) go back to school to get a masters degree. I have been a single father for almost 14 years now and have worked hand-in-hand with my ex-wife in co-parenting and raising our daughter together as a team. I have actually sat with other single parents and have helped them learn how to work together to better co-parent and raise their children as a team.
Fee description
Fees:
from $50 USD to $250 USD
The fee structure is based on the type of coaching you are receiving (long-term vs. short-term) and how it will be provided. The first call is free and is an assessment that lasts between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then, there is a minimum of three sessions that will include one follow-up call/skype/text/email each week to discuss issues, progress, or any questions you may have.
