Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Eating (MBSR-EAT) online - live series that focuses on cultivating mindfulness to reduce stress related to eating.
This program combines mindfulness practices with evidence-based techniques to help you develop a healthier relationship with food and your body.
Whether you struggle with emotional eating, body image issues, or simply want to improve your overall well-being. Through interactive sessions, guided meditations, and group discussions, you'll gain practical tools to bring mindfulness into your daily life. This series is offered 3 times a year.
