Hi, I’m Jessica! 

If you have a teenage girl that is struggling with anxiety, loving who she is, or making confident decisions, you’re in the right place! 

I’m a mindset mentor for teenage girls. My mission is to empower them to love and accept themselves unconditionally, to feel comfortable in their skin, and make courageous decisions that lead to independent, positive, and intentional choices.  

Life as a teenage girl has always been challenging, in today’s world—with social media and technology—those challenges are intensified. Instead of feeling lost and choosing negative behaviors such as cutting, going into depression, and keeping it all inside, I want young girls to know they have the confidence inside them to be the amazing girl and woman they can be. 

When I was a teenager I often felt like a failure or like I wasn’t good enough. I didn’t know who I was or who I was supposed to be. I spent a lot of time feeling hurt, sad, and depressed and numbed the pain in ways that I’m not proud of. I look back on those years and imagine what would’ve been different if I had self-worth and bravery to speak my mind and make independent, responsible decisions. 

I know I would’ve chosen better boyfriends who treated me kinder, I would’ve believed I was deserving. I would’ve taken responsibility for my actions instead of playing the victim. Most of all, I would have avoided years of struggle and pain. 

After a decade of doing my growth work, I discovered how much I love sharing these mindset tools with young girls who are feeling like I was. 

If you've noticed a change in your daughter or noticed her struggling with anxiety, lack of self-esteem, fear of making mistakes or judgment, or withdrawing; I’m here to help her understand her feelings and discover who she truly is. I want her to be her best version of herself, and to feel empowered in her own skin while loving being alive and finding the beauty in every single day. 

I do this through 1:1 sessions where I’ll meet your daughter where she’s at and empower her with the tools to build healthy self-worth, confidence, social skills, and self-awareness. Together we can turn these vulnerable years into powerful ones that prepare her to handle the challenges of life—not just right now, but into adulthood, too.
