Before I started helping HSPs and what I affectionately call "lovable weirdos," I was first a creativity coach and then a general life coach, so I've helped my clients reach a variety of outcomes. Get their dream job, reach entrepreneurial goals, end a toxic relationship, find a romantic partner, figure out what creative path they want to pursue, get more confident, get a raise, overcome social anxiety, move across the country, and more.

My philosophy comes from an internal family system (IFS) lens. I see my clients as whole individuals who know deep down what support they need to succeed, so I trust their intuition and act as a guide instead of as an expert. I value consent and give my clients options with how they want to be coached. I'm trained in a variety of modalities including CBT-based practices, creative processes that access the subconscious mind, and IFS.

I offer private one-on-one coaching sessions via phone. Each session lasts 45 to 60 minutes. I recommend we work together for 3 to 6 months. Try it out for $150 for one session and if you like it, we can roll that price into a 3-month package for $1500 or 6-month package for $2400 (best value).

I've been a life coach for four years and I have multiple certificates, certifications, and extensive one-on-one client experience. Before I even knew what a coach was, I was interested in personal development. I spent almost a decade improving myself. It started when I was struggling with depression and social anxiety. Since I was a kid, I felt too different to fit in, so coaching, therapy, and personal growth books/courses changed my life. I love helping my clients change their lives too.

I charge $150 US dollars for a single session, $1500 for 12 sessions ($125 per session), and $2400 for 24 sessions ($100 per session).
