About me

Before starting my self-growth journey, I was stuck in a mindset that did not serve me. Reluctant to even wake up every day, I got caught in a cycle of self-sabotage, negative thought patterns, and hopelessness. I sought fleeting moments of false rewards to fix my every emotion. My own judgment, insecurity, and a lack of self love stood between me and life I truly wanted and knew I deserved. Once I shifted my mindset, built trust with myself, and broke down my limiting beliefs, I started working toward my greatest goal - to teach you the same skills and the personal development techniques that took me a decade to assemble.

Our minds are the most amazing tool on the planet, yet the vast majority of us live on autopilot and never live the lives we dream of. I teach my coaching clients not only to understand their minds, but to use their minds to reach their goals. With my M.S. and background in Biology and Psychology research, my coaching employs the scientific method to find exactly what works for you and your mind.

ONLINE COACHING

In my private online coaching, we will start by choosing an area that you would like to work on. Then I will help you identify the skills that can help you improve that area of your life. I will offer support, guidance, and feedback as you develop these skills in your personal life. Recurring sessions will likely be desirable, but it is entirely up to you. Ultimately, my goal is to teach you how to self-coach so that you can carry the value of these sessions with you for the rest of your life.
