About me
My passion for Self-Empowerment can be traced back to 2007 where I spent significant time working on practicing Self-Awareness Skills, Telephone Counselling/Crisis Support, Group Facilitation and Clinical Supervising. Currently working as a Consultant at the Ubuntu Wellness Clinic in Newcastle and running a private practice, Health Outside In - Wellness Coach specialising in providing results towards building improved healthy life styles, by empathically teaching skills to bring happiness and purpose for each client.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My style is calm, encouraging, nurturing & direct. I will ensure that the commitment you set to achieve your goal/s is maintained by ensuring that you are kept accountable.
This way you can achieve the goals you set are achievable, manageable and realistic, without sabotaging yourself when things are going a little too well.
I do expect that you also keep me accountable too in assisting me to reflect on previous sessions and what I say I will do and cover with you.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I feel my whole professional and personal life has been guided by higher powers, ie. angels, guides, loved ones whom have crossed into the spirit world and the universe. Before I had my baby girl I knew I would be a young mum, I wasn’t entirely sure I’d be 21 years old when I had her though. 18 months after she was born, I left her father due to the strong need to establish my career, I knew I wouldn’t have been supported in this if I had stayed. I also had reduced my weight down to 45 Kgs through stressful living conditions, I was not well. I was guided to volunteer at a crisis support line which created the foundations for my self development, awareness and confidence. Towards the end of my time there I went on to find my supportive partner who encourages me to be the best I can be. I completed a total of 7 years at the crisis support line. I began my studies in complimentary medicine and gained voluntary work experience at a herb shop in Newcastle, worked as a disability support worker, then moved on to paid work at a Wellness Clinic in Newcastle. Since this eye opening experience working with Chronically Ill clients in the Wellness Clinic, it furthered my passion towards educating people of the benefits of Holistic Wellness. Since then I have gained multiple certifications in life coaching. My passions include all that is spiritual, reading, walking through forests, dwelling by water and swimming, gardening, collecting crystals, making jewellery from gemstones, earthwork, meditation and of course enjoying family time and having fun !!!
