I have worked over 25 years in the Healthcare Industry, with the last 19 years in Social Services as a Case Manager, from my prior experience, IÂ am able to help with problem-solving, narrow decisions while understanding the client enough to help them adjust their thinking when facing difficult situations during transitions and take charge of their life! As a Certified Professional Life Coach, a current member of International Association of Professional Life Coaches, International Membership of Professional Advisors, Coaches and Trainers and the International Coaching Federation, S.F. Chapter, I now bring my prior skills to coaching. Whether you are experiencing a transition in life for relationships, losses, empty-nesters, life after 50, new careers, starting college or starting life all over again; I can help you sort thru difficult changes and empower you to get results.

My coaching style is non-judgmental, but I will be compassionately honest with you about what I see going on. My objective is to partner with you so that we can be instrumental in moving you from being stuck to taking baby steps to giant leaps forward! Coaching is not therapy, it does not focus on healing past unresolved psychological issues but we will occasionally discuss your past but only in the context of discovering what is blocking you from moving forward. The focus will always be on movement and taking action toward your future goals.
