No one leader wakes up thinking he/she is a lousy leader thus requiring a coach. Most leaders are good leaders with a slew of problems troubling them.


Some of the issues that cause good leaders sleepless nights are;

  • I can’t get anyone to buy into my idea.

  • I need to change this culture, but everyone resists it.

  • If we don’t improve performance soon, we are in huge trouble.

  • I need to have a difficult conversation with a colleague, and I’m not sure I have the right approach.

OBJECTIVE: Leadership /Executive  Coaching provides one-to-one coaching opportunities each month allowing the leader to go deeper and apply the learning directly to their life. The objective is to help a leader get to the next level in their personal growth, influence, responsibility, and authority as a leader by having personal accountability for solving problems and achieving goals.


METHODOLOGY:  Online coaching call or Live within Nairobi. 


The sessions are a minimum of once per month based on the client's needs.


SESSIONS DURATION: Minimum 30 minutes to a maximum of  90 Minutes per session.
