About me

We all have immense potential, often concealed under societal norms, personal beliefs, and daily stress. This potential is like a seed needing care to grow. I guide individuals to understand their needs and develop skills to navigate life, aiming for a balanced and fulfilling existence. It is crucial to me to view each individual holistically, considering their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

My role as a holistic life coach involves addressing various life areas, using a mindful, integrative approach to help you release resistance, decrease stress levels, and help you achieve personal and professional goals based on your own needs, wants and desires.

I believe in turning life's challenges into opportunities for growth. By recognizing and embracing our vulnerabilities and strengths, your values, and exploring what makes you feel alive, we can unlock our full potential.

1) Before the session you will fill in a questionnaire to clarify your intention and get clear on what is it that you want to prioritize.

This customized life coaching program is designed to help you to take your life in your own hands via 6x 1:1 coaching sessions of 60min, over the course of 6 to 10 weeks.

Throughout these sessions, we'll

RESET: delve into areas where you may feel stuck, liberate you from negative thoughts and emotions, foster a more harmonious relationship with yourself.

ALIGN: establish goals that resonate with your unique needs and deepest aspirations, understand your values and how they play a role in how you think and behave, harnessing the power of your inner-resources (qualities, strengths and skills)

EXPAND: gain valuable insights, access to fresh perspectives and powerful tools that will empower your wellbeing, support you to take decisive action, fostering growth at your own pace with a clear sense of purpose and determination.
