A true gem
Doc knows his stuff. He found multiple imbalances, which I was suspicious of because I never heard about them before and have seen many practitioners over the last 30 years. We had some long appointments and I really felt that he understood me.
I've learned so much from him about health. I wish he were on more podcasts!

Hair Loss
I was struggling with alopecia universalis and had to resort to wearing a wig for my confidence. Since following the treatment from John, my hair has began growing back. I am also no longer needing to take my thyroid medication.
He insists on having a consultation to discuss the results, but I do not understand it. I would pay him the same money to just follow his recommendation.

Feeling different
I began working with John a year or so ago. I have struggled with Lyme, chronic fatigue, hypothyroid and much more. He basically told me that I needed to nourish my body rather than just taking a bunch of herbs. At first I was reluctant, but I can honestly say I am feeling something. Which is big! since I have worked with some big names in the Lyme field and found I only ever ended up on a lot of supplements and the cost was ridiculous compared to John.

I reached out to John to read my Hair Tissue Analysis test since I did not know what it meant. I have talked with other practitioners about my previous results but I was never happy with the amount of detail they gave me.

Bird mites
I have struggled with bird mites for many years. I met John because I wanted to look at my toxic metal levels. He found that I had high mercury and low zinc.
When I began his program, he told me that he will not address my bird mites, but instead focus on why my body is such a good target for them.
I still have some issues with the bird mites, but I am noticing they are much less noticeable and in addition to my past efforts of trying to get rid of them, I feel that I am now winning the battle.

High Iron
I struggled with high iron in my blood. The doctor told me I would have to regularly give blood to lower it. I contacted John and asked him his opinion. I have been working with him for about a year now, and I can honestly say that we are making great progress by using nutritional antagonism. He had me change a few things about my diet, but in general he never asked me to stop eating meat or foods high in iron.
I initially had a lot of issues when we first began working together, because John wanted me to stop eating liquid oils, which were a major part of my diet at the time. I had some pretty outstanding detox reactions just by switching over to a low oil diet.

A program that works
John is a one of a kind practitioner. He truly believes in the bodies ability to heal itself, and does not focus at all on symptoms.
I always believed this was the best way to approach health and disease. But Johns philosophy is impeccable and it has made me question many things in what I thought was a healthy lifestyle! I had no idea that my philosophy and my health practise were in conflict with one another.
Johns programs look quite simple with the supplement recommendations. He told me I needed 9 different products to balance my hair test. This is much better then the 25 I was on before!
So I follow the supplement program, and the rest of the Mineral Balancing Program. I was somewhat reluctant because he does not recommend any oils.
After following his program for 3 weeks, I noticed parasites in my stool, and my chronic join pain had gone away. My energy has somewhat improved. I understand that my body is healing and needs to use its energy for healing.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sharing your story with me, it means so much more when you are being helped by someone who has struggled with their health and goes on to share their vast knowledge to assist others.
I can already feel a difference in my body, it used to feel as if my arms and legs were going to just rip away from the socket and it's almost as if they've been glued back to my body, my limbs are actually staying where they're meant to.
My massage therapist, who I have been seeing every 3 weeks since my spinal surgery in 2013 says she feels like she's working on a different person's body my inflammation has reduced so much.
I remember after my cervical discectomy and fusion my spinal doc said to me, "soteria, I dont like how your bones look, and the offending disc I removed that was pushing into your spinal column just fell to mush in my hands."
He then filled my pockets with drugs and sent me on my way. I was a young, seemingly healthy woman in her 30's, I never even had a spinal accident! Just one day out of nowhere the right side of my body went numb. No one ever thought to give me a lyme test, or any other test for that matter! I just hope that so many years of damage done to my body isn't reversible, that I can restore some semblance of the life I had before when I wasnt living in pain all the time.
I can feel my body healing, and over this past year I have certainly learned the art of patience, but sleeping 14-16 hours a day isn't really possible for much longer.
Ashwagandha helps a tad but the exhaustion is definitely a challenge in itself.
Hope you and Erin are doing wonderfully! My good friend Cari, who I recommended you to, is making great strides with her health as well. Something you prescribed has jump started her immune system, and her body is starting to fend off parasites! I think both our immune functions were just so shot we were attracting horrid things. I found John while looking for alternatives to Dr Wilsons Development Program, and I am so glad that I did.
John LISTENS to me, and put together a very comprehensive program to help me correct my health. He is very kind and gentle, but when he suggests you do something a little differently.. LISTEN to him.

I began working with Drlwilson years ago but i found that no matter how well i followed the program, i was getting worse.
I connected with John on his Mineral Balancing Friends Facebook group and he gave me a few free suggestions such as increasing my carb intake and lowering my iodine intake.
These were game changers for me! I began working with him since. He is very reasonable priced, and knows so much about health that I use him as my primary natural medicine practitioner.
John's program has simplified over the years and seems difficult at first. But once you begin adding in his recommendations its really easy. He also lets me have fruit. Bones
I had osteopenia and John did a hair test and sold me supplements. My tinnitus went away after we 3 months then my sciatica.
I did a bone density scan 6 months later and my bones improves significantly. My doctor doesn't get what we did but he said to keep doing it!

Calcium Shell
John is fantastic. I have been doing mineral balancing for the last 4 years and have always had a calcium shell. I tried avoiding calcium and increasing my magnesium and potassium, but my insomnia kept getting worse.
John told me that I was calcium deficient based in my symptoms and my hair tests, three months later at did another test with him and my calcium is half the level it was.
Im not used to supplement daily, but I trusted him and im so glad I did. I also had tinnitus for the last 20 year that has gone away completely after his bone program.
I highly recommend John and his different approach to mineral balancing. He's always on Facebook and his group mineral balancing friends which is super helpful!

Easy to understand
John takes difficult ideas in health and makes them easy to understand. He has a good knowledge of natural healing. I always learn something talking with him.

Knee regeneration
I fired my doctor and hired John to help me with my diet and lifestyle which needed to change.
So I got a hair test with John and we spent several hours together for a few weeks before I was comfortable with the information he shared with me. He has very good analogies which made hard concepts easy. I paid him by the hour.
My problem was my knee. It was bone on bone. John put me on a bone and joint program which did cost a bit of money each month. He sad i needed more because im a big man and compared what a small dog needs nutritionally to a big dog. It made so much sense.
I gave him 90 days and if i didn't feel like somethings changing in my health i was going to fire him (as long as i was doing what he said).
I'm happy to say that my knee pain and swelling has gone down and I went to another doctor for a checkup 6 months after talking with John the doctor was floored. I know longer needed surgery and he couldn't believe it! I also lost 50lbs.

A new perspective
John gave me a new perspective on heavy metal detoxification. Rather than forcing my body to detoxify he taught me to use super and orthomolecular nutrition. Copper toxicity
I've worked with John for over three years to balance my copper imbalance and toxicity. He first told me in 2016 that I had several indicators for copper toxicity which I didn't really believe at the time but I wanted to improve my health. I didn't quite know what I was getting myself in to at the time.
Fast forward two years and my copper level was off the charts. Wow was he ever right!
I am now dumping copper and no longer experiencing excruciating anxiety or mood swings and my candida overgrowth has magically disappeared without trying to use antifungal's.
My copper levels are now in healthy ranges and I am feeling like a new lady after doing Johns Integrative Mineral Balancing program for 3 years. I am so glad that I stuck with it. Little celebration... After some months of working on my mineral ratios with supplements (with "quantum nutritionist"/sherpa John ðŸ‘) my once toxic copper levels have dropped into normal range, which is totally improving key aspects of my health and therefore my life!!

Rather than surgery...
The doctor told me that I had to get surgery for my knee because it was bone on bone. After talking to John, he told me that he could teach me how I could rebuild my cartilage naturally.
After 6 months of his bone building program, all i can say is wow. That body wants to heal, it was designed to heal and you just have to get it what it needs to heal itself.
I cancelled my surgery and fired my doctor and naturopath as they just could not help me do what I knew could be done.

WOW, a real detox program!
John practises what I would say is the future of healthcare. He believes that all health imbalances are the result of mineral imbalances. Which I didn't quite understand at first, but I'm glad I stuck with him and trusted him. I have been to numerous doctors over the last 10 years. My symptoms included chronic Lyme disease, breast cancer 8 years ago (treated with surgery and radiation), constipation and digestive disturbances, impaired memory, brain fog, osteoporosis, post-nasal drip and chest congestion. I wanted to prevent cancer from coming back and correct my symptoms safely and naturally.
After my first hair tissue mineral analysis and I received my results John showed me that I had a very high calcium level which John told me is correlated with my brain fog and that the high calcium level was correlated with increased incidence of cancer. He also told me in advance that I would most likely have a buildup of manganese and that it would come out in the future. Which it totally did! I was shocked!
After beginning John's Mineral Balancing program, I feel stronger both physically and emotionally with more energy in just a few weeks. I used an infrared sauna daily for half an hour. I have been feeling better and better; though there are plenty of ups and downs as I have been detoxing mercury, aluminium and iron.
After being on this program for about two years I am feeling quite well, with no symptoms of Lyme disease and no recurrence of my cancer. It has been one hell of a journey, but I am grateful to God for John's work and connecting us.
