If it works for you then it's OK. That's my basic philosophy. My desire is to help you move from here to there. In addition to the "Coaching Toolkit" is bring a range of skills from CBT and mindfulness which will all help you take a journey.
Any journey can be full of awkward situations which require a guide and travel rep; that's my role - to help you sort it out.

ONLINE COACHING
Use of Skype and downloadable materials to support both clients at home and international clients.
Short courses or group coaching
Group coaching is very useful and beneficial on the workplace to assist in the development and management of positive Wellbeing.

A 20 minute free session is available for everyone to see if they like the coaching process. Fees vary depending on the type of coaching required, the number of sessions and the length of sessions. Discounts available for pre-paid block booked sess
