About me
I am a performer, a writer, a visual artist and a director. I have worked on films and TV series like Star Wars VII and The Amazing Race China as a Set Dresser.
I am also an internationally exhibited painter.
Creativity and art are multifaceted aspects of our soul and must be expressed. I believe that everyone is creative and it is my goal to make you fly your inner creative freak flag as high and proud as you possibly can.
If you have a project in mind that you want to create, if you're stuck in a loop hole, if you want to move to the art world, or if you simply want to explore what you may be good at, give me a call. I guarantee you're spectacular at something.

Over my coaching career, I have assisted individuals overcome crippling fear of intimacy, creativity blockages, major confidence issues.
The results of this has been improved focus in university, increased performance at work, dramatic and fulfilling career changes, healthy sexual relationships, positive stress management, financial independence and impeccable body image.
I have also worked thoroughly with people on their confidence levels which has led them to living happy successful lives.

I'm a no BS type of person. We're not here to play games - this is your life. It's your choice what you want to do with it. I am here to get you to figure what it is you want and kick ass doing it.
Forget what you're supposed to do, what you're supposed to want. Stop kidding yourself and be real. Admit it, you want to lose weight and eat the batch of cookies too, don't you? So do I, and I will. Will you?
I can't do the work for you. I can only guide you. You're 100% responsible for EVERYTHING in your life. Either we make it worth your while, or you stay in your little box.

PRIVATE COACHING
One-on-one coaching sessions in person or on the phone.
Coaching sessions are for a minimum of 6 sessions, 1hr each. Payment is done before the first session and all 6 sessions must be used within 6 months of the starting date.
It is recommended to have 2 coaching sessions a month to create everlasting changes.
ONLINE COACHING
Skype coaching sessions with material sent to you via email.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have been working since the age of 13. I started off as a promo girl, an intern at an advertising company. After I graduated university with a BA in Creative Arts, I worked in administration (the recession had hit). I decided to become a coach and combine my art background with coaching.
Over the years, I worked in HR, Operations and even did an ISO certification for a company. After being bored out of my mind in the corporate world, I jumped ship and pursued a passion of mine: films. I worked on Star Wars VII and became a set dresser. Now, I coach full time and do film work when work is available. In my spare time, I do theater, painting and writing.
I live and work in the United Arab Emirates. I speak fluent French and English.
I have traveled to over 40 countries - I like to travel.
I rock climb, surf, wake board and play board games with my friends. I'm also involved with charities like the Pachamama Alliance, EWS-WWF and Plan International. I'm equally passionate about animal rights, having assisted in shutting down an illegal animal trafficking business in the UAE.
I know there is more to life than just "being here" and I plan on living every moment and every beauty this life and planet have to offer.
Fee description
Fees:
from $100 USD to $200 USD
All prices are in AED, not in dollars or pounds.
Sessions are usually for 1hr and average at 500AED each (135USD)
3hr group workshops are 450AED each (125USD)
