About me

I have spent time in Japan, and Hawaii, and now I am enjoying the adventure of being in the Carolina's, where the Panthers are King, Clemson Tigers secured a National Championship for the ACC and southern Hospitality still charm visitors daily. I am truly blessed to be here. It was one of the unexpected changes in my life, but a great new adventure awaits and I am looking forward to the challenge. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama and spent fifteen years working in the Air Force as a Pilot. I am a certified Life Coach from Lifeforming Leadership Coaching. I also have a Masters Degree from Embry Riddle in Aviation Sciences and from Regent University in Divinity, which is what got me started with Life Coaching. I enjoy basketball, football, flying, running, golfing, CrossFit, world travel and spending time with my children and future family.

I provide support to clients as they work on making the changes they desire or need allowing them to achieve their goals and maintain a balanced and fulfilling life. I help clients develop their inner genius building upon their already established brilliance and partner with them as they make changes allowing them to achieve excellence in their daily lives.

HOW I LIKE TO COACH

Typically sessions are over the telephone and last up to sixty minutes with email support in between sessions. Additional weekly calls can be added and will typically be ten to fifteen minutes to provide direction and course alignment as needed.

I respect my clients time and will not encroach upon you at any time. If anytime during your call you need to terminate the conversation, your remaining time will be credited for a later call.

Fees: from $50 USD to $960 USD

Basic Coaching Package: TWO coaching sessions per month (the first intake session will last 60-90 minutes and subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes) Email support between sessions PRICE: $120.00 per month Intermediate Coaching Package: THREE coaching sessions per month (the first intake session will last 60-90 minutes and subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes) Email support between sessions PRICE: $180.00 per month Intensive Coaching Package: FOUR coaching sessions per month (the first intake session will last 60-90 minutes and subsequent sessions will be 60 minutes) Email support between sessions 5-10 minute phone check-in between sessions PRICE: $240.00 per month Individual Coaching Sessions: The first intake will last 60-90 minutes with subsequent sessions lasting 60 minutes.
