My private coaching features 45-1hr sessions allowing us time to finish the session and ensure you are ready to put your plan into action.
These are conducted via Skype, telephone or in-person and I can offer alternatives if you need it.
ONLINE COACHING
Online coaching is my budget option or for those that don't have time sensitive goals, online coaching is completely done via email, facebook, and allows you unlimited emails regarding the topics we are covering.
