HOW I LIKE TO COACH
My coaching style is hands-on, results oriented, at times i give some tough love advise, mostly I encourage my clients to try new things, to push themselves, to have fun at what they do. I encourage them a lot and I am their champion. I constantly remind my clients how awesome they are and that they are already winners for trying. I am very results driven thus every session is about revisiting the specific goal for the coaching and feedback how far we are from reaching that goal. I prefer coaching via skype or phone; there is less distraction.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
My life is all about continuous learning and personal growth. My journey has taken me from a hotel school graduate working in the hotel sector for about 8 years to switching to go into teaching, opening my own businesses, becoming a consultant, trainer, facilitator and change agent, to obtaining my real estate license in the State of Florida. I love being a small business professional and I love learning and helping others which is where my love for coaching comes. I manage various projects and businesses which keeps me vital and relevant. As a mother, wife, professional I have a firm believe that there should be more women in leadership positions across the globe in order to help make this world a better place. I believe the world is in need of more female leadership and I will do all I can to make this happen. Change starts at home with the family: I am a mother first and my children are my biggest pride and joy, together with my husband. Helping others grow is what makes me really happy.
