The coaching process gives clients a new framework to see themselves and their challenges as well as valuable tools to sort through confusion and achieve success. Clarity is attained by thinking with a strategic purpose while at the same time creating a visioning process. Clearly defined objectives are then created and a strategic action plan is developed to successfully guide you to your goals. Individual coaching promotes clarity and focus by helping you find motivation and excitement, diminish self-doubt and procrastination, and increase self-knowledge and confidence.

I’ve crafted a Strategic Funnel approach to coaching: GOALS, CHAOS, VIEWPOINT, CLARITY, FOCUS. We start by looking at the big picture and strategically narrow the focus down to individual components. Powerful questions will challenge you to clarify your thought processes, resolve problems, reach agreements, and commit to goal-directed actions. I zoom in by listening intently to your desires and challenges, then zoom out to ask thought-provoking questions and make relevant observations. Your answers to those questions set your goals and together we lay out achievable action steps to get you to where you want to go. These purposeful conversations leave you refreshed, inspired, and ready for action.

My background as a Clinical Counselor gives me indepth understanding into the barriers keeping people from achieving success. As a Leadership Development Facilitator, I bring clarity into the process of growth. With my Love.Lead.Inspire! format, clients create a standard for loving others well, using insight to become a healthy, effective leader, and learn how to inspire to make a difference by following their lead.

I’ve had the opportunity to work in many roles for a variety of companies including executive assistant to a CEO, customer service for a health insurance company, hospital E.R. registration, marketing coordinator for nonprofit ministries, litigation paralegal for various sizes of law firms, and office manager for a psychiatrist. Each experience added to my ability to quickly assimilate new information and use it in a strategic, productive way in my next endeavor.
