As the head of Talent Assessment and Development for PepsiCo Europe, I designed an in depth feedback and development process to develop self-awareness and development for potential executives. The process utilized extensive psychometric reports and a motivational framework allowing executives to control how they take action and build a sustainable development plan incorporating their personal identity and business context. I personally coached 17 directors, VPs and general managers across Russia, the UK, Switzerland, Spain, and other European countries to help them achieve their development and career objectives.



Head of Europe Culture and Engagement PepsiCo


Apr 2014 – May 2015 1 yr 2 mos


In this role I defined, drafted, and implemented the Culture, Engagement and D&I strategy for PepsiCo Europe’s ~50,000 employees. I developed interventions focused on virtual working, trust, empowerment, and cross cultural effectiveness to accelerate an organizational transformation across 25 leadership teams. I led a team of 3 HR managers and together with our local champions we managed the organizational health survey and action planning process for Europe resulting in defined action plans across over 20 countries, and increased engagement of targeted executive populations.


Senior Manager, Europe Learning and Development PepsiCo

In this role I defined and implemented PepsiCo Europe’s executive coaching, professional skills, and learning management system strategies while providing direct L&D client support to Europe’s 1,500 corporate functions employees. I designed and delivered workshops focusing on working in virtual teams and navigating organizational politics. I was responsible for managing learning supplier relationships across Europe to deliver more than 200 classes across to over 3,000 employees totaling €630m in annual spend, with a 97% rate of program effectiveness.

In this role I worked with experts across the globe to define PepsiCo’s future state Learning and Development processes and the technology, infrastructure, and resources required to implement them. I managed a global team of 10 learning, technology and operations experts to design leading edge processes and practices, roles and organization structure. The financially justified business case we developed for the transformation formed the basis of how PepsiCo’s globally recognized L&D organization functions today.


Senior Manager, Europe OD Core Process Center of Excellence PepsiCo


Jul 2011 – Mar 2012 - 9 mos


In this role I led Europe’s Organization Development, Core Process team through a reorganization to deliver performance management and engagement processes to ~20,000 employees during a time of business transformation. I designed and implemented a dual focus shared service support organization, enabling net removal of 3 FTEs while maintaining services levels across 10 west European countries. My team strengthened our internal coaching network to deliver feedback sessions to 70 Europe executives capturing $100m in costs while continuing to deliver high quality executive development maintaining KPI levels from past years.


Manager, Organizational Development PepsiCo Americas Foods PepsiCo


Dec 2009 – Jul 2011 1 yr 8 mos


In this role I oversaw the execution of OD processes for PepsiCo’s 60,000 employee Latin American Foods businesses. I successfully managed the expansion of PepsiCo’s 360 feedback and upward feedback processes from approx. 200 to 1,500 Latin American managers and executives within 12 months, which included development of online and instructor led training courses. Additinoally I designed and delivered DISC teambuilding sessions to PepsiCo’s Quaker Foods & Snacks business to increase collaboration and employee engagement.

In this role I supported core OD processes by providing in-depth analysis, and coordination across international markets. Additionally I led two global teams in redesigning PepsiCo's new hire selection process creating an end to end system enabling managers to implement role specific competency based interviews to select better candidates. I also developed and facilitated career development and performance management training courses which led to the creation of individual action plans for over 200 employees and provided key process & system knowledge to HR professionals.
