Losing a child is every mother’s nightmare. You are left feeling heartbroken, exhausted, alone, numb, forgetful, guilty, worried, hopeless and misunderstood along with countless other emotions. I felt all those things when I lost my 8 year old son Nicholas in a tragic accident. After too many years of feeling dead inside, I found the courage to open my mind and heart to realize that grief wasn’t the only thing I had left of my son. He was still teaching me … to be stronger, to understand life even more and to have the courage to figure out what truly awakened my heart and soul. I can help you do the same. Because taking action - one step at a time - to eventually find a life with joy, meaning and purpose is not giving up on your child’s memory ... it’s honoring that memory.
With your initial complimentary phone consultation, we’ll assess where you are in your grief and which of my programs can best help you reach your goals. Private One-On-One Grief Coaching Sessions are 50 mins.each. They can be purchased individually or as part of a package. In-person, by phone, online, text and Facetime sessions are all available (Client's choice)
Online Coaching is available for One-On-One, Group and current Program offerings.

As you move through your grief, you may decide that you no longer want to refer to your coaching as "Grief Coaching". If and when this time comes, Life Coaching Services are also available to set and achieve goals for your next steps.
Fees: to $75 USD
There is no charge for your initial phone consultation. Fees will vary based on the type of coaching and length of package desired. The fee range noted here represents $0 for the Initial Consultation up to $75 for one single session. Discounts, packages and programs of many ranges are available.
