I help clients work on staying present and understanding their mind and body connection. While grief can be a life long experience, it doesn't have to control your life. One can be able to function during the anniversary of a death, one can be able to maintain relationships while working on their own difficulties with sadness or anger.

Whatever the grief is and the goal to help the client succeed in the roller coaster, we will work on together. I believe in a client-centered approach where the client leads the way and I am walking beside to show compassionate support. 

I have had many experiences with grief including being a widow, losing my father and grandmother to cancer, friends, and family lost to suicide and losing everything in a house fire. I have also worked in social work since 2008.
