Hello, I'm Kay. I am a Grief Coach. My mission as a Grief Coach is to point you in the direction that your inner awareness and spiritual guidance are leading you. I offer Grief Coaching to anyone grieving the loss of someone they love and anyone grieving the loss of a job, relationship, marriage, lifestyle, normalcy, etc. Grief comes in many, many forms. Grief coaching might be good for you if you are.....

As a Grief Coach, you can expect to regain a sense of self, hope, encouragement and holistic ways to manage your grief so you can begin to move forward at your own pace. I will help you connect with the YOU that you are longing for. In order to redesign your life, I will work with you to build new strengths and tools and also help you reach your goals. Although your loss, sadness and memories will always be a part of who you are, you can learn how to once again feel good about life and how to create a worthwhile one not only for you but for your family too.
