HOW I LIKE TO COACH
I like to coach by keeping things flexible. I have structure but I also know the important of being flexible.
I don't like to have too much structure because life isn't built on 100% certainty. So, I like to have my clients call me when they need to instead of on a set schedule.
Life is busy and things come up when we least expect it, that's when I want to work my clients through their problems, when it's happening.
