I help women think beyond the traditional roles and expectations to create lives aligned with what really matters to them NOW.  They may have already accomplished many things in life but find themselves searching for more meaning, purpose, and fuller expression of themselves and their relationships.  

I use a method I created called The Aligned Life Method, with 4 pillars of Meaning, Mindset, Mode and Motion.  I coach 1:1 for a 6 month period, with option to continue.  I meet with clients 2x per month for an hour each time, provide 2 pre-recorded trainings per month, provide homework in a workbook, and use Voxer for voice messaging contact, with responses gives during my business hours.  I emphasize self-compassion in the change process using an Observer's Mond rather than harsh self criticism. I am committed to making the process FUN.

I have an 18 year career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in healthcare, and have been privileged to hold safe space for many people in vulnerable situations.  As an older mom and self-proclaimed late bloomer, I believe that it is never too late to change course and create the life you really want.  I have realized that I want to live beyond the "checkboxes" and "shoulds" of life, and am truly excited to help other women do the same.
