I use the OSKAR coaching method , with to help you focus on a problem's solution, rather than on the problem itself. 

The following are the stages of the OSKAR model.

Outcome (O) – In the beginning, the coach focuses to identify the outcomes that the client wants to achieve.

Scaling (S) – After the coach understands what the client wants to achieve, they use the scaling technique. Here the coach asks the client to rank themselves on a scale from 1-10 as per their goals. This helps the coach to identify the current situation of the clients with respect to their goals.

Know-How (K) – At this stage, the coach helps the client to gain knowledge and resources. This helps the client to move closer to their goals.

Affirm and action (A) – At this stage, the coach motivates the clients by providing positive feedback.

Review (R) – At this stage, the coach reviews the process and identifies the need for changes if required.

Will the coaching package guarantee my content channel automatically succeed and triumph on Twitch / YouTube etc?

We will help and support you on your journey for your streaming success, it won't do the work for you. You have to put in the time and effort to build a successful content channel and live stream. We will helps you do the work more efficiently.

Key Achievements

 Change and Business Analyst Improvement: With my Black belt in Six Sigma I led the way when I identified the risks and issues with the current process taking 2 hours to generate manual bank statements from archived data.

I suggested and led the project to create an automated Excel template to generate manual bank statements from archived data. I researched and managed the completion of this project, improved processing time for larger statements from 2 hours down to 10 minutes.

Change Business Project Management:

Leading with my Data Analysis and Problem Solving Skills I actively listened to the issues of new staff members with our Customer Management Software and customer interactions. I found they struggled when they started out after initial training.  I led the project for the creation of an ongoing support customer service training manual in response to feedback.  I networked and engaged with stakeholders at all levels to gain support for and implementing the training manual.

This project resulted in improved key performance indicators and quality of customer interactions in addition to enhancing first contact resolution for customers.

·   I have received a total number total of 73 customer compliments

·   I have completed a total of $4.5 million home loan product applications via referrals and cross-selling

·   I have raised 98 business improvement and problem solving suggestions and received the Kaizen Continuous Improvement Innovation award

·   I have received from my work colleagues a total of 28 Compliments and 25 National Australia Bank recognition nominations for outstanding performance

I completed 4 years in Academic Coaching

What I did

Identify key areas of challenge and assisting creation of a goal action plan

• Provide mentoring, coaching and training to support the use of desired outcomes

• Actively give students and clients needed feedback on their performance and development

You meet with your coach as frequently as you want (weekly, fortnightly or monthly) for 60 min sessions, and you also have email access to your coach between sessions to keep the connection as constant as you need. The coaching agreement lasts only as long as you want, with the ability to halt your coaching sessions.
