I also know that finding balance between the role of CEO and being a woman can be skewed if gone unchecked. I enjoy working with women that see and/or want more for themselves, but are challenged with destructive self-talk that serves as a barrier to accessing their inner power. My clients have achieved success in looking inward and pulling out strength marked by action oriented steps that have allowed them to unlock what is possible for their lives.
My clients experience a sense of satisfaction by living the actions steps that they have self-identified through our thought partnering sessions. In addition, they experience a sense of renewal and empowerment because they can see their progress and they experience the mental breakthroughs that occur because they are in motion moving towards what they ultimately want.
I listen first to inquire and interrogate harmful though patterns that demlimit progress and the acknowledgement of success. I thought partner with my clients to devise action steps that counter their way of thinking. We return the following week discuss the outcomes.

I am a current CEO of an organization responsible for 300+ stakeholders. I manage a multi-million dollar budget and I am in the work of coaching daily. I have undergone coaching and have been coached to yield success and to coach those with whom I work to support the success outcomes of the organization. I know what it means to not see possibility where possibility exists. I want to support my clients in unlocking what is possible. That's my only goal.
Fees: from $150 USD to $175 USD
I charge clients $150 up to $175. The lower fee is for clients that are more likely to stay beyond 3 months.
