I am a survivor and thriver after narcissistic abuse.

I’m a motivational self-help author and educator specializing in recovery and rebuilding after toxic love. In 2013, I founded Let Me Reach, a life transformation company that teaches people to flourish after narcissistic abuse.

I’m the author of the Kindle Bestseller, How to Do No Contact Like a Boss!, which takes the reader through the steps of No Contact and ways to heal in the aftermath of narcissistic abuse. I also wrote 10 Essential Survivor Secrets to Liberate Yourself from Narcissistic Abuse, a quick read that explores ten survivor mindsets one needs to adopt in order to liberate themselves from narcissistic abuse.

My writing has been featured on Selfgrowth, Thought Catalog, The Mind’s Journal, MOGUL, and EverythingEHR. I’ve also been a guest expert on several radio shows including Mental Health News Radio, The Overwhelmed Brain, and Codependency No More.

In 2016, I founded The New Life Academy & Healing Collective, which is an online school dedicated to helping survivors of narcissistic abuse to restore and redesign their lives.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Education and have a multidisciplinary background in teaching, organizational development, HR training, and research. My work has been shared in non-profit women's shelters and has been lauded by therapists and mental health experts.
