He has earned his Associates Degree from Pierce College, Bachelors Degree from Central Washington University and Masters of Arts in Leadership with an emphasis in Human Resources Management from City University of Seattle. He has served in multiple capacities to provide culturally relevant and effective support to clients and students, from athletics to case management. Korey is extremely passionate about helping individuals get to the next level and takes extreme pride in his work providing advising, career guidance, personal development coaching and goal setting & follow through assistance.
I prefer that coahcing sessions are client led. I firmly believe in the client having everything needed in order to be successful within. You know you more than anyeone else, the idea is to help you realize your potential and serve as your co pilot as you reach your goals.
My coaching style is fairly straight forward. I dont spend much time on fluff, my goal is to walk next to you on your journey to the solution. I will provide tools, guidance and openly share my opinion if it is welcome and will assist the client. I look at this more as a partnerhsip than anything else. Lets work together!
