Using principles and practices grounded in the latest positive, neuro and behavior psychology research, I help you make lasting, life-affirming changes. Together we identify your strengths because I know you want to be even more awesome than you already are (and focusing on developing weaknesses is very old-school, not to mention a bit depressing. Am I right?) Positive Psychology research helps us see what's going right in our lives and how we can do more of it. You and I will focus on enhancing your sense of well-being, gaining resilience, shifting mindsets, increasing happiness, and creating positive habits that support and sustain you.

Because I know from experience as an entrepreneur that having skin in the game matters, I offer a 45-minute consultation for just $45 USD. During our session, we'll discuss why you want a coach, your goals, and generally get a good idea about "fit." Whether or not we continue a coaching relationship, you'll leave having established clear action steps toward at least one of your goals.

This consultation is a one-time offer. Any further coaching sessions are at my regular base rate of $250 per hour.

If you have a few friends who'd like to join you in this exploration, then let me know. Pricing varies and is based on group size, location. and duration. And, as with private coaching, it begins and ends with all of you!

Honestly, nothing worth having happens quickly. This is why I suggest we work together a minimum of three months. This will allow us to dig more deeply into what you really want. As Covey said, "let's begin with the end in mind."

After ten years in the training & development field, I left to 1) begin a family, and 2) become an entrepreneur. Together, my husband and I started a tea company and an automation design firm. Now, 16 years later, I'm circling back to what I love most: writing, coaching, facilitation, and teaching.
