We offer several focused coaching approaches. Focuses include, but are not limited to: Addiction, Business Coaching, Family, Finances, Health, Personal Development, Relationships, Spirituality, Career Consulting, Leadership Development, Professional Career Advancement Services, and Corporate Services.
Your preference and personal flexibility will determine the frequency of our sessions. We are available whether you'd like to meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, receive unlimited e-mail support between sessions, etc. Sessions are 45 minutes via telephone.
ONLINE COACHING
Unlimited e-mail support is available between regularly scheduled phone sessions.
Short courses or group coaching
