About me

I've seen a lot, have done a lot and continue to improve my own well-being. Let me share my knowledge. Have the courage to ask for help. My ideal client is age 15-35 and ready to do the work to change their behavior and improve their life. Old School Coaching values individual growth and development. From my experience those age 15 to 35 years are struggling with the normalization of societal depravity. These activities include bullying, over sexualization, disrespect, excessive phone usage, devalued self-worth and other behaviors that tend to result in self-destruction. Old School Coaching will enable you to address the hurdles in your life. I will assist you with skills and encourage motivation to change your situation.

PRIVATE COACHING

free consultation

1:1 60min session $75

Short courses or group coaching

two-month package - $150 per month for 2 consecutive months/ 2 sessions per month

four-month package - $200 per month for 4 consecutive months/ 3 session per month

six-month package - $245 per month for 6 consecutive months/ weekly sessions

Group sessions- $160 per person for the 2-day group.

For many years I have been educating and encouraging friends, family, co-workers and strangers through various obstacles of life. After a successful career in coaxial network operations and service in the Air Force, I did a hard pivot to pursue my passion to motivate and empower individuals to set goals to enhance their life.
