I am a Master Life and Health coach of 17 years. Coaching helps the individual become their best self wether that pertains to health, improving or accomplishing a personal goal or business.
I am also a holistic doctor of more than 20 years I offer Coaching(Personal and business) Chinese medicine, acupuncture and hypnosis in Central Florida. I have worked with conditions such as pain, anxiety, depression, addiction, quitting smoking, weight loss.
