Hi, I am Latasha Oliver, founder of Love and Lite, LLC. I am a Certified Holistic Life, Spiritual and Meditation Coach who specialize in overall wellbeing through proper nutrition, mindset and soul connection.

I spent over 10 years in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Operations Manager of 2 fitness facilities. I helped women get in the best shape of their life but realized how much we need much more than just a "great body".

I now work with clients from a more holistic approach to improve their overall quality of life. We do an overall full cleansing of your mind, body & soul while restoring your mental, emotional and spiritual space. We take a powerful holistic approach to bringing balance into your life.

My training and education is through Health Coach Institute/Holistic MBA, Spencer Institute, NESTA, LOA Life Coach Academy, University of Metaphysics, AFAA, and ISFTA

It’s my passion to teach you how to find their inner peace, and live a fulfilled happy and healthy life.

I'm very passionate on digging deep into the belief system. Once we are aware of why we think the way we do, feel the way we feel and do the things we do, we have more appreciation for ourselves and others as individuals. One of my favorite quotes is “The more you know yourself, the more patience you have for what you see in others.” - Erik Erikson. When an individual has a clear understanding of their own belief system and where it really stems from, they are no longer sitting in a place judgement of others or themselves.
