Coaching has changed my life, and I am excited to see how it can change yours! So often we look outside of ourselves to find our happiness and uncover our brilliance, but the answers lie deep within us. My job as your coach is to help you navigate within and unearth the most incredible aspects of your personality which may have been hidden away under years of conditioning and learned limiting behaviours and patterns. I have work with clients overcome there negative pasts. I transformed their lives into something they are happy and found their ways to overcome their situations to still live a meaningful life. To my future clients, my goal for you at the start is to go through each process by learning to Acknowledge the past, Accepting the Present and in time Achieve a Positive Future while Appreciating everything along the way.
My preferred coaching style is through trust and communication. I can work with clients through cyberspace or in person. Some clients will benefit more from in person coaching but typically we can do most meetings through skype or facetime.

I offer 1 FREE coaching session, this to help me know your current life situations and i offer a minimum of 4 sessions after the free consultation as I feel it takes at least this long to be able to fully integrate what you are learning into your day to day life.

Before this coaching journey, back in 2013 I immersed myself in personal development self help books because there was a point in my life i must do something greater for myself, i knew i had to go through some very challenging situations and we all do , it was a part of my journey and my past childhood traumatic experience have found ways to turn these to fuel me and encourages to help others on their own paths. When we can find the gift we endure, freedom is ours. All of my consultations I offer one free coaching session that can be done via Skype, the phone, or in person, so don't let proximity get in the way of becoming who you were meant to be.

I usually don't submit reviews unless my experience has been overly positive or negative but it is important to me to give constructive feedback as well as to provide a more balanced opinion to other potential customers. I went and saw Lee for a consultation in regards to receiving hypnotherapy. After talking for a while and discussing my personal concerns she attempted to sign me up to a program costing thousands of dollars .I left feeling a little overwhelmed and unsure as she told me that it was my ego resisting change and I was letting my anxieties and fears control my life. The whole thing kind of felt like a sales pitch and she seemed quite eager to sign me up to the program on the spot.
When doing my own research I discovered that Lee does not have any qualifications in Hypnotherapy apart from an NPL Practitioner course which is pretty much online classified as a pyramid scheme wrapped up in the language of self help. She also runs other gold sale businesses on the side which made me question the validity of her practice more.
As I said it is not my aim to hurt someone financially or destroy their business but I personally found this to be potentially dangerous and damaging to people suffering from mental health issues. Lee also claimed that ADHD is a condition that does not exist when there is countless medical research out there to suggest otherwise. Needless to say I did not go ahead with it. But all the best for people that have seen Lee in the past and found it helpful.
I've smoked for over 50 years and have tried virtually everything to give up, so I was pleasantly surprised when my doctor told me some of his patients had used Lee with success. Just over 6 x weeks ago I met with Lee for my first session. My motivation to give it another try came from (primarily) fear. With Covid19 being said to be that much more dangerous to people who had underlying health issues, I didn's want to become a statistic. After a further
2 x sessions I am happy to report I am a non-smoker - finally! Thank you Lee, I wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone who wants to change their life for the better.
I knew lee not long but it seems I have know her for long she is ever ready to help. She is more than a mentor and a coach full of inspiration and motivation. She loves see other growing it's a pleasure having you as a friend and a mentor .

Lee is an amazing person, period. This is the very first reason why she is very good at what she does now as a coach. Her abilities and skills were enhanced by becoming a professional in this field. She has lifted me up as a person and as a professional inside and out and even further developed me holistically. When you have Lee as a coach, your life has an added meaning! You will know what I mean when you get to access her services and if you do, consider yourself lucky. It takes another person to trigger realisation of how "GREAT YOU ARE" and Lee has definitely done that to me.
