PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I lost over 80 pounds and transformed my body & my health, but I still wasn't happy. My greatest work, the internal work, came after I lost the weight. I learned to love myself and create my happiness from within. Now my health (mind, body & spirit) is my priority and happiness is my way of being.
I combine positive psychology, motivation and goal setting with nutrition and fitness. I believe that health and fitness have to be a part of your plan to achieve every goal, because our bodies allow us to live our dreams! I can help you live all your dreams!
