My belief: Life is not nearly perfect. Going through my own journey, I gained so much power and success from my failure. Whether it is with business, health or relationship with my husband and children. Pain and failure are our best friends. It however is not easy to deal with them. I am keen to help you to turn the imperfection and regret into positive energy and achievements.
As a life coach specialize in ADHD and parenting styles, I help families with ADHD children, especially teens, with strategies for ADHDers to cope with their challenges with working memory, time management, action, emotion regulation, impluse control and relationships. I help them find their streghth and build self confidence. Confidence is the the most important key towards success.
I coach by children's style. I talk to parents first. I get idea of what parents understanding of their children and I then coach by powerful questions. I focus on their interest and their streghth.

I focus on parent/teen relationship coach. I specialize in youth ADHD coach. Parenting styles and self advocate skills can be the key element. I offer 45 minutes sessions at $150 per session. I offer discount for prepayments of 8 sessions or more.
My online session is via zoom. It is same as my private sessions.
I do offer short educational courses and group coaching at negociated rate.

I have an ADHD son who has been going through depression. ADHD has higher rate of depression and other mental health challenges.
I coach through my experience and journey with my ADHD son, and my own knowledge of ADHD. My son transformed from a teen with extremely low self-esteem, to a young man who is willing to take any risks, not afraid of mistakes, now a confident college student puesuing his dream. He understands his weakness and is a self advocate for who he is and what he wants.
In my own experience with my children, I was a failurer. I missed their growth during my busy work and my batting against breask cancer. I learned how to be a mother and a coach after we face the fact of my son's depression and life challenge. From enemies to best friens, my journey with my teenage son, can be a tranforming point for you as well.

My base rate is at $150 per 45 minutes. I do offer discount for 8 or more sessions prepayment.
