T.E.A. with Linda: Transformational Expressive Arts
Life coach | Creativity coach |
As a produced playwright, published author, and platform presenter, I understand the highs and lows of being a creative professional. It can be a struggle to finish projects, sustain motivation, and believe in oneself. I have been there. I struggled and suffered. I kept bouncing from one thing to another trying to find the secret formula. And then I realized that I was already enough. I had a PhD in Expressive Arts Therapy. I had performed in three Fringe Festivals. I had two self-help books in print. I have four of my plays produced. I could embrace my experience, expertise, and self-expression and make a difference in the world.
In addition to being a working creative, I have been a creativity and life coach for more than 20 years supporting individuals and groups in the accessing and expression of their stories for business, education, or for personal transformation.
My coaching programs take you on a journey of developing character, tracking plot, resolving conflict, and exploring themes. This can be adapted for either works of fiction or making meaning of your own life experiences.
I provide creativity coaching for entrepreneurship, education, and wellness.
