• I help parents that find themselves yelling, agitated, or angry while parenting. Show up as themselves in a positive, productive parenting way.


• I help with self-love, -self-worth, and self-confidence issues.


• I help find your big motivating factor so you can live a positively productive life.

I deal with mental health while raising two high-functioning autistic children and a happy preschooler. I am in charge of protecting my mental health and those of my children.
