I absolutely enjoy connecting with clients that are the best fit for my coaching style. I love privately listening to their needs as we work through ways of helping them feel genuinely HAPPY about what will be accomplished.( I celebrate with you!) I enjoy working one- on- one through phone sessions accompanied with platform usage. I also enjoy offering several avenues of coaching engagement: Online, Text, Email, Group or Phone. I believe that getting to know clients through assessments and 'H.U.G. work' enlightens the client's knowledge about themselves, as well as builds a coaching relationship to a point of the client feeling genuinely UNDERSTOOD. I stress the daily ritual of being genuinely GRATEFUL in every aspect of life. I engage my clients with daily motivation and weekly inspiration to help keep them motivated and inspired throughout the coaching process and beyond.

A private 30-60 minutes session via phone. Your coaching sessions will take place weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You are expected to also complete assessments and 'H.U.G. work' through the coaching platform prior to the next session.
Online session consists of platform usage. No phone contact. Contact is made through platform and email. After your FREE CONSULTATION, You will receive a personalized and unique package set up.
