My credentials come from twenty years of working, developing, and coaching people. My academic background is with a business masters and sociology with certificates in communication and conflict resolution. My coaching background was derived in the hands-on environment of leading people, teams, and organizations. After realizing coaching my my true passion, I decided to dedicate my career to just that.
