About me
I passionately believe that everyone has potential and that the key to unlocking it can be found through coaching. I also believe that potential has nothing to do with age.
The way I work with my clients is by drawing on three areas:
- my own experience of changing careers, most recently moving from corporate life to being a self employed career coach;
- my extensive experience in talent management and people development gained over a 20 year career in industry;
- my coaching experience and skills developed through years of working with individuals and training with the International Coaching Academy at PCC level

My approach tends to be pragmatic and informal, underpinned by authenticity and a good dose of humour.

Whilst I will use coaching as the basis for our work together, I will also incorporate mentoring, consulting and experience to help you achieve your goals.

OFFERINGS
PRIVATE COACHING
I tend to work via skype or telephone unless a client is very local. Our sessions may vary between 60 minutes and 90 minutes depending on the topic and need. I prefer clients to commit to a minimum of three sessions.

PROFESSIONAL AND LIFE EXPERIENCE
I have 20 years of experience leading talent and development functions and teams in large, international blue chip organisations. This has involved identifying and developing talent at all levels of the organisation, working with individuals and teams to optimize their performance and grow people and their careers.
I have successfully transitioned between companies, areas of expertise and from corporate to self employed and understand the challenges that such changes can present.
With the addition my coaching experience, skills and expertise, we can work together to achieve the changes that you wish to make.
Fee description
Fees:
from $90 USD to $135 USD
I charge £90 for an hour of coaching and £135 for 90 minutes.
