Request a free consultation Contact MeI started out as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Since then have moved on into becoming Certified as a Medical Hypnotherapist, and have also been incorporating working as a Life Strategies Coach. You may wonder what is that?! I tend to look at a person from the holistic point of view; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. It doesn't matter what type of specific coaching I might be doing with a person: executive, business, life, etc: all elements of your life comes into it. That's why I help you look at all the elements of your life to make sure they are in balance. Usually if one isn't, then there is a problem with others. There is nothing more exciting to me than when a client has an "Aha" moment and has a breakthrough and moves forward full stream! When that happens, some many other elements fall into place.
I want my clients to feel in control of their lives and empowered. They do have all the answers; I just help them uncover them! We will have frequent check ins to make sure that we are meeting the goals and results that you want to achieve. And whenever necessary, tweak as needed.
I like to ask questions, probe, but most of all listen. I may make suggestions at times, and yes, will give homework! for your better good! but most of all, listen. I will help you stay focused, stay on track and keep you motivated. I want your success as much as your do and will always be your biggest cheerleader.

I offer online coaching via Zoom and or Skype. Phone coaching is also possible.
