Request a free consultation Contact MeI have a unique background. Besides more than 25 years of corporate experience, having lived in 4 countries, an MBA, and a variety of certifications in coaching, I have achieved 20 fitness Guinness World Records.
My short story. When reading the Guinness World Records book at bedtime to my then 10 and 8-year-old boys and they challenged me to be a Guinness World Record holder in a fitness discipline, at 48 years old I never thought it could ever be possible until I convinced myself that it could be done.
After a period of hard work, physically, mentally, and spiritually, I was able to deliver on my promise to them by beating not 1, but 2 Guinness World Records (GWR) at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in front of an audience and GWR judges, at 50 years of age! And, not happy with that, I followed on and got to beat 18 more World Records in the following 5 years, with one more to go scheduled to happen in 2023.
I have to add that all those records were accomplished while having a full-time international corporate executive job that required me to travel to Africa and Europe for weeks at a time.
With that experience, I just proved that our human potential in life is, for the most part, limited by our beliefs. So, when we truly believe we CAN, and we are willing to put on the work required, we WILL.
And, as I did it for myself, it will be my job to help you discover your true potential and guide you through the process of making it a reality.

I have a unique combination of 25 years of Fortune 500 corporate experience all over the world in a variety of functions (marketing, HR, Diversity, non-profit, corporate culture, leadership) with coaching academic training and experience in life coaching and wellness.
Plus, I am a high achiever who's been able to achieve, in his 50s, 20 different official Guinness World Records while working a full-time corporate job, in the US, Europe and Africa.
I also volunteer with a local organization and have been appointed by the court as an advocate for abused kids in the foster care system.
