I hold an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have more than 15 years of experience at an international news organization as a reporter, producer, editor, and program host. As your dating coach, I will help you find the right partner using a holistic approach to coaching. While it may be true that we get what we focus on, and not what we want, first we need to know what we want. This will be our starting point for creating a partnership where our mission is to help you articulate and achieve your goals to become your best self.

I help you discover your purpose, your values, and your hurdles to achieving what you want for yourself. Together we will design a personalized action plan to get you on track and keep you moving forward. You can verbalize your wants and needs in our relationship. You cannot get what you want until you can describe it. We’ll take your realizations and prioritize them into conscious choices. I’ll guide you through the process of change and provide the tools, techniques, and feedback to support you moving forward.
