I am providing coach sessions for people looking for progress in their lives. I have an psychology degree and background, working with families with individuals with special needs and immigrants.
If you come for a Coach session with
irrational negative emotions you get a clear answers about what is the trigger;
challenges in time management you will get clear pictures of steps to make and self accountability for the progress;
lost your identity due to your recent role change/finding yourself in a position "to many hats to wear" you will get a self-confirmation of being whole and your life having a purpose.
During my session we will find goals, open your potential, make a plan and reach out the results.
The session 60 minutes long will be filled with safe atmosphere to be open about your desires and dreams.
