I am a strong believer in empowerment for women and underserved populations. My specialty is inspiring and teaching women to take better care of themselves. Caregivers frequently suffer from burnout from helping others. Whether you're an emergency responder, nurse, mother, firefighter, or any person who takes care of others needs, I can teach you valuable, and essential skills to learn to take care of yourself. Monthly individual sessions: $300 for 4 sessions per month, $375 for 6 sessions per month, $440 for 8 sessions per month,
